      Hiroyuki TOMIZAWA has been engaged in developing the science and technology indicators of Japan, and in analytical work on science, technology and innovation and its application to S&T policy making. He is a member of the Working Party of National Experts on Science and Technology Indicators (NESTI), OECD.
